NUMBER THREE BROULEE

Next project

To replace a 1950’s cottage, this new beach house maintains the same small footprint as the old and is designed to suit the relaxed village character. Providing all the essentials for holiday recreation, the three-bedroom house is split over two levels and encourages outdoor living and environmental connection at every opportunity. The informal front deck surveys the street, inviting social engagement. Whereas the rear deck is an extension of the open plan living and provides both undercover and open informal areas for all weather enjoyment. The upstairs bedrooms include small balconies which help extend the space and promote cross ventilation, while the integrated carport is high enough to accommodate kayaks on the roof racks.
